Lake Michigan, September 7, 2024 – The Delta College women's soccer team delivered an emphatic performance in their MCCAA League matchup against Lake Michigan on Saturday, securing an impressive 11-0 victory. This win marks a strong 2-0 start for Delta in the MCCAA season.
The game saw a dazzling display of offensive skill from the Delta squad, with Alains Schalk leading the charge by netting four goals. Schalk's dynamic play was complemented by contributions from a diverse range of teammates. Kendall Jackson, Sydney Lambert, Molly Siler, Kaylee Shattuck, Reagan King, Alexa Verhelst, and Ciara Kelly each added a goal to the tally, showcasing the team's depth and collective strength.
