Bio
Kim Melick brings over 15 years of basketball experience to Delta College, having served the game as a player, coach, and official. A proud alumna of Delta College, Kim’s journey in basketball spans from coaching at the elementary level to high school, where she developed a reputation for her dedication and leadership. Most recently, she spent two years officiating for the MHSAA as a member of the Tri-City Area Officials Association, gaining a valuable new perspective on the game.
Kim is excited to return to her roots and contribute to the Delta College women's basketball program under Coach Jason Brown. She holds a Master’s Degree in Health Administration and Leadership from Saginaw Valley State University, and currently works in the finance department at Great Lakes Bay Health Centers. A native of Bay City, Kim is deeply connected to the community and passionate about mentoring the next generation of athletes.
