Played his high school ball for Birch Run where he also played baseball, and ran for the track and cross country teams. Is currently at Delta to pursue a degree in Elementary Education. Was awarded first team all-state and all-conference. Enjoys going fishing and playing basketball in his spare time.

Saturday afternoon the Delta College men’s basketball team hosted the Wayne County Wildcats in MCCAA Eastern Conference play. The Pioneers swept the season series last year against the Wildcats but this time around they would have to overcome adversity as they would be without the services of several key guards, Chaz Woods and Trey Newsham.
On Wednesday evening, the Delta College men’s basketball team was looking to bounce back after a tough last second loss to Macomb Community College. The task wouldn’t be easy as they would have to travel to Schoolcraft and face the 3rd ranked team in the nation.
On Thursday evening, the Delta College men’s basketball team opened up MCCAA Eastern Conference play against the Macomb Community College Monarchs.
When the NJCAA put their Division II pre-season rankings out earlier this week, the Delta College Men’s basketball team found themselves sitting at number fourteen in the country. After a very successful 2017-2018 season and a run to the final four, the Pioneers are getting the recognition at the national level and have put themselves back on the map.
