Bio

KeNisha Newsom graduated from Saginaw High School located in Saginaw, MI. During her 4 years at Saginaw High KeNisha made the varsity basketball team as a freshman and was awarded Honorable Mention 3 years straight for basketball. Also KeNisha had two Double Double games within her 4 years of playing. KeNisha was a part of the Academic club, NHHSA, and got the Distinguish Athlete Award. Not only that but KeNisha also made the varsity Volleyball, Softball, Cheerleading, and Track team as a freshman. KeNisha’s leadership skills where so great that she became the captain of all these teams. She is planning to major in Elementary Education.  KeNisha’s son inspires her to work hard and be successful!  Her favorite athletes are Candace Parker and Kevin Durrant.
